If you are experiencing issue with your data connectivity, first check the following settings.
1. Check your APN settings:
For Prepaid: http.globe.com.ph
For Postpaid: internet.globe.com.ph
2. Make sure you have enough load balance if you are using prepaid.
3. Make sure you are subscribe to any mobile data (GoSurf).
4. If you are subscribed to any mobile data, check if you already consume your data allowance.
