    GoSurf Request Can't Be Processed



      I checked my consumable mobile internet on your website and I found out that I have already used up my 3-GB limit. To cheapen my bill, I decided to avail of your GoSurf promo instead of having charged of P2/MB for my data usage. I texted several times (10 times already), but I am always prompted with this message: "Sorry, we cannot process your GoSurf request at this time. Please try again later."


      Do you have any notion on why such problem recurs? Subscribers expect that your service is swiftly and properly delivered. I hope you are aware of your value propositions. I am looking forward to hearing positively from you soon.
