      I was supposed to get my new unit last August 4, 2015 at SM Makati branch but when I went there the Globe specialist told me that the unit was not yet delivered. I was disappointed because why did Globe send me a text message that I can already pick up the unit if it was not yet delivered? Was the phone not yet delivered to the store? Or the store gave it to other customer?

      Hope Globe can give immediate and justifiable reason for this!
