I paid my globe lte home acct last August 2, 2015 using the bpi app for smartphones. The merchant was Innove. Until now the payment is not yet reflected in the globe website.
I paid another acct on globe last Friday and immediately the next day it was reflected.
I'm worried that I paid wrong. Was there something I really did wrong or is it just normal that it will take a while for my payment to be reflected in the globe website? It's already 8 days now.
