    Outstanding Balance


      I would like to settle my outstanding balance. I had a landline + dsl account four years ago. I stopped paying the monthly bill because I was not getting any internet. At that time, Globe was having a network maintenance. I called technical support several times but they were not able to give me a specific day when the maintenance will be completed. Days of waiting soon turned to weeks so I decided to stop paying and just take the modem and phone off the hook. My question is: Will I be able to negotiate a lesser amount than what they have in their billing records? Who can I call regarding this? Thanks in advance.paulos
