Merun na po first and second bill. upon installation i paid an advanced one month fee of 1299. Ang sabi bago ako ng apply, makecredit un either sa 1st -3rd bill ko. Nakabitan ako ng july 1. Ang cutoff ko is every 8th of the month so my first bill covers july1-july8 with prorated amount of 360+. Nkalagay din dun na nabawas na ung 1299 na advanced ko pero ang rental period stated is july9-august8. So i am expecting that my 2nd bill with billing period of july9-aug8 would reflect a zero balancr since naiapply na nga ung advance ko.
Pero my 2nd bill still has a balancr of 1299. I called diff agents and sabi nla, dahil daw un sa ung advance ko ay naging deposit na maggmit ko lang after ng contract. While a supervisor told me naman na inaapply na ung advance ko, so ung 2nd bill ko daw n bbyaran eh
Good for aug9-sep8 billing period. Pero iba naman ang nakalagay nung nareciv q ung 2nd bill.
