I'm a postpaid subscriber and has recently availed of HOOQ 1-month subscription. I opted for it to charged to my globe bill. But I am not getting any activation code. What I get instead is a message saying "Sorry, you have entered an invalid keyword......" I tried repeating the process, got the same message.
So I tried another way *143#. I got a message asking me to send ACCEPT HOOQ to 8888. I did. But I didn't get any reply again. I also tried RESEND ACTIVATION CODE on *143# but nothing. I sent HOOQ RESEND to 8888 and still nothing. Kindly help me fix this issue.
