You just need to perform basic troubleshootings regarding this.
2. Reset Network Settings (This will delete registered wifi passwords on your device)
- Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
3. Soft Reset
thanks for the reply. I did all your instructions but to no avail; it still shows the "SET UP PERSONAL HOTSPOT". I even set APN to http.globe.com.ph since I am using prepaid sim registered to SUPERSURF 999. I need to have a solution for this problem or else I just wasted money. Hope globe has answers this query ASAP as well --- "TO ENABLE PERSONAL HOTSPOT ON THIS ACCOUNT, CONTACT GLOBE"
My apologies for the inconvenience. Question, are you really using the personal hotspot feature or does the message pop up even with the personal hotspot feature disabled? Are you using a prepaid or postpaid sim?
