    "SET UP PERSONAL HOTSPOT".

      My ipad Air 2's hotspot was working well until it suddenly had "SET UP PERSONAL HOTSPOT" when I was using it. Clicking on that would show a pop-out message "TO ENABLE PERSONAL HOTSPOT ON THIS ACCOUNT, CONTACT GLOBE". I am currentl using iOS 8.4.1 been updated so long before this problem arise. APN is also set to http.globe.com.ph. Please help.

          You just need to perform basic troubleshootings regarding this.

          1. Restart

          2. Reset Network Settings (This will delete registered wifi passwords on your device)

               - Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

          3. Soft Reset

              thanks for the reply. I did all your instructions but to no avail; it still shows the "SET UP PERSONAL HOTSPOT". I even set APN to http.globe.com.ph since I am using prepaid sim registered to SUPERSURF 999. I need to have a solution for this problem or else I just wasted money. Hope globe has answers this query ASAP as well --- "TO ENABLE PERSONAL HOTSPOT ON THIS ACCOUNT, CONTACT GLOBE"
