Can I deactivate the pocket wifi even if the two-years contract is not finish yet? If not, can I buy another pocket wifi unit and continue the contract and pay my monthly bills with the new pocket wifi unit? Thank you for your answers
I'm sorry to hear about what happened. You can visit our nearest Globe store and ask for a replacement sim so you can continue to your ongoing postpaid plan. Also get a new pocket wifi device while you're at it.
