    Problem with DCB


      I'm trying to purchase in-game items when I click on "Enable Globe Telecom billing" this error message shows up: "Message from your mobile service provider: The number you provided is not valid. Please contact Globe Customer Service."


      So I did, and I was advised to wait for a week and its been more than a week. I also checked my address if it is local, and yes it is. Also tried using my sim on another phone and still didnt work... I also tried to turn on location, restart my phone, clear cache playstore, force close and reopen playstore. And stillit doesnt work.


      Please help I've tried to contact you guys on Facebook and after a day of waiting someone replied but didnt get back to me and I'm now trying my luck here.
