if you have authorized naman your husband or anyone, ask that authorized person to walk in nearest globe store and provide valid ID of the authorized and ask for the temporary disconnection of line or replacement of sim, Wonderful staff at the globe store are there to assist your contacts and make sure to listen some terms and advices from them prior for the request..... other wise here the other channle where you can actually get in touch with the Wonderful Globe Customer Service

Appreciate your advise and thank you. I already have it blocked through my son. I remember when I left the Philippines last March, I have asked them to put my status as "working abroad" and when my son called, they knew already via their system.
