    Billing statement


      Hi how to get my billing statement?? It is possible send it to MY email??

          you maycall the hotline to request a copy of your bill to be sent to your email. you can also request to register your account to paperless billing (you will be receiving your monthly billing statements on your email).

          you may also do the following



          •Via MyAccount: Log in to https://accounts.globe.com.ph/login (MyAccount) and click the link for enrolling in Paperless Billing.

          •Via Globe website: Visit http://www.globe.com.ph/gogreenand follow the on-screen instructions

          •Text GLOBEGREEN to 2327.

          •Via *143#: Dial *143#, then select My Account > More > Enroll in Paperless Billing

          •Via SMS: Text PAPERLESSREG <space> <account number> <space> <active email address> to 26826 for FREE.

          •For iOS and Android Phones: Download the http://www.globe.com.ph/surf/app/applications/gservices(GServices app) for free and enroll in Paperless Billing using the app.

              1. Go to http://www.globe.com.ph/gogreen

              2. Fill out the form.  Make sure to confirm your SMS, and give the confirmation code you receive on your phone after.

              3. Click on "Send test email" after giving your email address.  This is to verify that the address you gave is working.

              4. Type in the CAPTCHA code.

              5. If you received the test email, tick on "I received the test email".  If not, click "I did not receive the test email" to open the troubleshooting guide.

              6. After clicking "I received the test email", click the "Subscribe" button that will appear.

            Hi! yes you can register your account thru paperless billing you can call the HL 211 to check if you are subscribe to paperless billing. you can also check your billing statement thru online > accounts.globe.com.ph just register your mobile number

              If you are enrolled to Globe My Account, you can re-print your billing thru here GLOBE. Another way is to contact the hotline and request to send your billing via your email.
