The modem you may be telling is the new Bm622m, Please verify., Currently you may have a screenshot of modem signal, ping and a speedtest and send it their email to understand the problem. If you have time please post here the Signal Status and Speedtest including ping. Do not put here any information from your device like MAC or Serial No. Just give us your modem, like as i said, Ex. Bm622, Bm622i or what.
I've thought to do that before but nakaka sawa na na lagi nalang may pumupuntang technician then wala naman silang nagagawa.
Probably I better request to change our modem back like what we have before.
