    Charged for internet/data usage but gosurf plan balance is zero


      1st day of my monthly bill cut-off, i've been charged an unbilled amount (on top of my plan) for internet usage.. However I can see that my Current usage on my gosurf plan is zero.. I have already called and talked to 5 customer service agents but they cannot tell me the problem. Yes, i've been using internet during the time but it should be reflected on my gosurf plan first and should not be charged out right as unbilled charges. Can someone help as current unbilled charges is increasing everytime I use data. Thanks
