    i missed the calls of agent 5 times today regarding my approved plan




      today i missed the delivery confirmation calls of the agent regarding my approved plan because i was in a review class and cant attend to my phone. what will happen next? i tried calling the sales support but they cant seem to access my transaction account.


      also i want to downgrade my approved plan from 1499 to 999 with phone cash-out. is it possible?
