    Regarding the so called loyalties reward

      Me tumawag claiming entitled ako sa loyalties reward,offered a bundle costing 1599,un agent sinabi n un offer eh binibigay lng sa selected globe subscriber bilang rewards,mdami sinabi n gagawin nya para dun sa plan ko,like extend daw unlicalls ko sa globe n tm.babatuhan pa daw ako ng another 60gb allocation sa plan ko,babatuhan is the word he used,as if me kakayahan sya n gandahan un plan n inaalok etc,so i decided to agree with him n update my plan,that was sept 1"the following day i was cheking Globe's website,nkita ko n un inalok s kim and mga sinabi nya ay nakapaloob talaga sa plan 1599,ayun talaga laman nun bundle,pero nun kausap ako pinalabas n rewards n nangaling sa loyalty dept,malinaw n panlololko,ang inaalok nila ay upgrade pero pinalalabas n loyalties reward,i decided n i cancel un upgrade dahil panloloko un ginawa sa kin,its been 3 days ng katatawag,finally me nakausap ako pwde ibalik daw sa dating plan pero di n unli,tapos nawala n lng un kausap ko,tawag ako ulit,now sabi iimbestigahan,wala ako nakuha feedback nir confirmation n na upgrade n pala ako,un agent sabi email ako regarding sa apps n available sa bundle para daw ma access ko wala din,hope me makausap ako n taga globe n makaksagot sa comaplin ko

          Since over the phone transaction ang nangyari the only way to clarify this is calling the loyalty hotline. Now, since you were offered the said "loyalty reward" dapat may reference number ka para dito. Mas madali kasing ma-trace who is the person who process the said request. Much better if nakuha mo yung name nung agent. Another way is try to visit the nearest Globe Store have them check sa system kung mag na process nga yung update plan.

            i did get the name nun agent and reference number,kaya the following day tumawag n ko to complain,sinabi ko what happened, i was told n gagawan ng report etc,i was referred sa supervisor i asked n itransfer un call sa loyalties dept,di daw pede,i called again me nakausap n naman ako this time inilipat sa loyalties while kausap ko di na daw ubra ibalik un dating plan  kasi wala na,overnite kako nawala n plan ko? tapos naputol n lng usapan,wala ako call back ,one week n kong nagtawag,so far wala kahit isa nag feedback, malamng tyagain ko n lng matapos un lock in nakakaubos pasensya kausap ang globe,eto un loyalties reward n nakukuha "bad service" uutuin k lng mag upgrade

              I suggest that you go to the nearest Globe Store have them sort out this mess the agent created.  At kung yung sinasabing supervisor na kumausap syo walang ginawa better include it to your report. Sorry to say pero may mali talaga yung hotline agent who handled your call.
