hi! I'm Michael. I bought my ofw sim before leaving the country. It has a signal when I was in Singapore 2 days ago. When I arrived here in NZ I lost the network's signal. I informed my relatives in the Philippines. They called Globe's customer service hotline. What they want me to do is to turn on and off my phone as well inserting the sim on other phone unit but all of these measures are not working. What should I do to address this matter? Many thanks.
