    Help me with my mobile data connection.


      We just got a postpaid plan 2 days ago. I waited 24 hours for the confirmation but its been two days but there was no any text message coming from Globe so my father (who was entitled to the plan) talked to an agent and she finally resolved it, activating the plan. Now the problem is, I can now use the sim for sending text messages and calls but the I have a problem with the mobile dat connection. Whenever I try to browse, the browser (Google Chrome) says that I am offline but I swear that mobile data is turned on, even wifi and I have the proper settings. Can you help me determine how to connect my sim to internet?
