      I called customer service because of my internet connection...Nawalan ako ng connection at ang sabi sa browser I need to call Globe for my account credentials hindi daw nag match sa modem ko? (di ko na maalala yung whole error message)

       

      As per the agent my service was temporarily disconnected due to outstanding balance for the month of August... August din ata nung nawala connection ko (around August yun)... One month na lang ba ang palugit ng service before siya ma disconnect?

       

      At yung message ng globe pag inoopen ko yung internet browser hindi tungkol sa outstanding balance ng account ko eh, tungkol daw sa account and credentials ko daw hindi nagmamatach... Pero as per the agent yun message daw na'yun tungkol sa outstanding balance for the month of august... (Call got disconnected)...

       

      Kung for outstanding balance siya di ba dapat nakalagay na error eh unpaid service?


      Please advise... Ngayon eto sabi http://prntscr.com/8ex1yxhttp://prntscr.com/8ex1yxhttp://prntscr.com/8ex1yx .. mag 3 weeks na ako walang connection...

       

       

      At saka po pala yung nireport ko rin na pagbagal ng internet connection ko, dahil daw na reach ko na yung limit ng data usage ko for the whole month.....

      Eh ang alam ko'ho dapat ang account  ko every day nagrerefresh... Imbes na every 12am-6am everyday dapat nagrerefresh account ko hindi siya nagrerefresh... Napunta daw account ko sa every month bago ma refresh? More than a week yun at ang sabi ibabawas nalang sa next month bill ko yung araw na mga na sobrang bagal ng connection ko.... Please let me know kung nabawas nga ba talaga?
