    Upgrade Home Tattoo Broadband


      I am not satisfied with the speed and data allowance of plan 1099 so i am planning to upgrade my subscription. So i accomplished the form at the tattoo site for paln upgrade however I have received the confirmation that my request will be processed but after that no confirmation from globe if my request is possible or not. They are claiming of maximum of 7 days processing but it left me nothing for about month ago. I am a globe tattoo home broadband subs for about 4 months and I keep paying the right bill monthly but why globe doing this to me? Need your confirmation or else I will find a better network which can satisfy my needs. Thank you and regards.
