    applying for a globe postpaid plan and checking the status of it sucks

      Hi! I wonder how Globe trains their customer service representatives? Do all of them are not trained to give a satisfying resolution? I called today four times already, kung hindi ako bababaan, ihohold ako tapos ibabalik sa trunk line! this is so disgusting! I am just trying to check for the application that i sent back on Sept 06. It has been escalated a lot of times but until now, no progress. I love globe so much that ive been a faithful subscriber for my whole life ever since i used a cellphone! I spoke with Gino employee number 94974 but he just put me on hold and transferred the call i think to a different department without telling me! I hope il get a response soon and i just hope the management will see this.
