    Spotify "You are not Eligible"?

      Hi Globe,

       

       

      I have a problem regarding in activating my Spotify account.
      when i was about to register my email and birthday it says that "You are not eligible"
      but according on my globe plan it is bundled.

       

      i have an 5mbps/DSL plan with HOOQ & SPOTIFY i received also text that my plan is bundled with these two apps.


      the HOOQ activation code is ok. but the Spotify says "You Are not Eligible"



      i already sent an email at talk@globe.com.ph but no response as for now.


      can you please help me with this issue?  thank you very much
