    Spotify "Sorry you are not Eligible"

      Hi Globe,

       

       

      I have a problem regarding in activating my Spotify account.
      when i was about to register my email and birthday it says that "You are not eligible"
      but according on my globe plan it is bundled.

       

      i have an 5mbps/DSL plan with HOOQ & SPOTIFY i received also text that my plan is bundled with these two apps.

       

      My HOOQ activation is ok, but in Spotify cannot activate. i've tried dozen time the steps on how to activate my Spotify but still the

      globe tattoo page says "Sorry you are not Eligible"

       

      can you please help me with this issue. i've already sent an email to

      talk@globe.com.ph

      but still no respose as for now
