    Delayed delivery of Note 5


      Last week I renewed my plan to get the Note 5 and was informed by the Loyalty Department that I will receive my phone Sept 16, but until now wala pa rin. Globe delivery status says In-Transit but there's no estimated delivery date to the customer. I called Globe again but they can't give an exact delivery date. All you hear is that overused "escalate" thing and to wait for 24 to 48 hrs!
