    slow connection and drop out


      I have been dealing with consultants over the phone for 3 nights now telling me that there is no outage in my area but when the field technician came he said my connection is affected by an outage. now who is telling the truth? THE ONLY TRUTH  i know is the drop out and slow connection is not resolved and i am left to suffer. I work hard for the money to pay my monthly bill and the tech difficulty is putting my job in jeopardy. is there anything that i can hold on to. bounded by a contract.. and yet i am not receiving the service i am paying for.
