    how to escalate  plan add-on issues




      Having issues redeeming my nba league pass code.  I upgraded my globe broadband to 5Mbps and along with it is the add-on hooq and nba league pass.  After the required registration procedure, I received my first nba league pass promo code and it was stated that it will be sent monthly (I assumed automatically) while my account is still active. After the first promo code, I haven't received any to this date.


      I have called and chatted with  globe support - no code.

      I have 4 reference IDs already for the above issue and still no code.

      I am paying my monthly dues but not getting the service.


      Wanted to know the next best thing...
