I badly need your help.I have been coordinating with your consultants over the phone since the 17th of September every night. And they would schedule tech to visit. Consultants over the phone is saying they don't know what is happening and they can't do anything about it.
The field tech is saying there are outages and repairs affecting the connection and they can't do anything about it and all i can do is wait for Globe to finish whatever it is that they are doing. When i ask until when they say they don't know.
As a single mother working from home, i use the internet for my online job and this is very important to me.
If neither consultants over the phone nor the field technician knows what to do an when to do it, What is going to happen to me as a paying customer
