Good day! I am registered to a promo ( GoSakto - Create promo - Unlicall 7days - 50 texts to Globe/Tm last September 24, 2015. There is a confirmation that I am subscribed to the said promo yet I cannot make calls. The operator kept telling me I don't have sufficient load. I loaded 10 pesos a day after so I tried to call someone and it rang but when I inquire my load balance my 6.50 load was gone. And I inquired the status of my promo and I am still in the promo. I called 211 September 25, 2015 and the representative (Megan) who handled my issues told me that they will refund all the load that was gotten to me ( 99 + 6.50 ) within 24 hours but i didn't recieve any of the said amount until today but the Globe texted me that they will give me 25peso load September 27, 2015. What the f#*€! Are you kidding me Globe Telecom? I hoping that tou will resolve this issue ASAP. Or I will file a complain to NTC about this.
