      i am wondering whenever i make a follow up on my device the agent does not give a direct answer.it seems that globe does not prioritize their customers who who opt for recontracting

              i have made recontracting arrangements through globe loyalty hotline under the agent's name marisan.i was informed that my request is duly noted and that my phone will be delivered by sept.21,2015 and that i would receive an email with regards to my recontracting.i was confident that my request will not be left unheeded but to my dismay when i made a follow up the agent could not even trace my previous request despite the fact that globe is keeping a record of the conversation.what i would like to know if the recontracting has been duly noted or otherwise.i dont wish to talk to any of the agents anymore bec.they ask the same thing but cant give a straight answer.hope i could get updates soon.thanks.
