    I felt valued and I wanna cry


      This is the first time that I feel like I'm a valued customer. Someone keeps on bothering me, I was planning to disconnect my line rather than changing my phone number because I don't want to pay 550 pesos for a new number but the retention department decided to change it for free and even put me on a cheaper plan 399 with call and text unli to globe and tm and 200 PV. I have a lot of bad experiences with Globe customer service but now, those bad experiences won't compensate the good ones I have now. Thanks to Zyron Magbanua and to GLOBE
