I have been calling customer service for 5 days straight now to cancel my application via online.
They always told me that they will submit a report but until now there's no feedback. How hard it is to cancel an online application? Why there is no direct hotline to cancel applications made thru online. Actually the reason why I have to cancel my online application is because I haven't received any feedback. I wanted to apply in globe store instead but they can't proceed because the application thru online has not been cancelled yet. I hope you value your customer's time. It is really disappointing.
