    Payment reflected on site is not actual amount I paid.


      I got my handset delivered last September 01, 2015 to my office address (delivered via Air 21).


      I paid Php5799 (1 month advance for plan 999 and cash out of 4800).

      But when I logged in into my globe account on http://globe.com.ph , the payment reflected there was Php5399 only.


      I have the receipt and raised my concern via Twitter wherein I had talk to different Globe agents EVERY TIME. And this has become a hassle.


      I've talked to more than 5 agents already via Twitter but this hasn't been resolved yet.
