1. Need the find where, meaning your URL so I can read/choose any of retention or loyalty packages through Globe Web site before calling your hotline which is really very difficult to get in. Have you tried calling your hotline?
2. My subscription is Home Broadband with Landline, don’t know when is my contracting end.
3. I am Globe Landline subscriber for more than 10years and I never ever get any loyalty or rewards from your company.
If I know my end of contract, for sure I will going to terminate my subscription and transfer to your competitor and which they offer me a good packages.
I am very busy person and my only time to call your hotline is during midnight, so if your company is offering a good retention packages, they should post it their website.
