My [email protected] LTE with landline (P1,099/mo) application takes too long to get activated, after an upfront advance payment and completing the requirements I was advised to wait for 24-42 hours to get activated. It has been 2 weeks now wala pa ring nangyare. We raised the issue to Globe center but cannot give us definite answer dahil under daw ang application ko sa isang agency. They cannot trace my application details as well. Though the agent left with us the modem and useless phone for landline, I cannot wait any longer since internet is very crucial for business. Some friends say I could insert a PrepaidSIM to my modem to make use of it but when I did, i get a "Disconnected" status all the time and the light indicator is always red. Any advice?
