    Cancelled Postpaid Plan


      Hi. I have a problem. Last August 24 i applied online for a load tipid 599 plan with free handset lennovo A5000. I already submitted my requirements. Then after 2weeks. I decided to cancel my application due to personal reasons. My plan by then is already approved. Then i called the hotline to request for cancellation. After a week they said it was already cancelled. Then the next day. Someone from globe came to our house for the delivery of the handset. I said to him that I already called the hotline and it was already cancelled. Then the man left.


      Then October 9 i received a billing statement from globe that i have to pay 888 pesos!! 


      I never accepted that handset! Please help me on this..
