Every time I register for a promo I keep receiving a "not enough balance" system message even though I am registered to the promo and I even had enough balance to make an outgoing call. This persists until I extend my promo, but now that I am registered to a limited promo, which is unextendable, I can't call anyone now. Is this fixable? or do I have to change my sim card?
