      Gentlemen:

       

      I want my load of 100-peso be returned to me as it was taken out during your "system activity" which took place on 10/10, 10pm - 10/11, 5pm. I attempted several times to do a "Share-A-Load" option prior to expiry but the system kept on telling me that I don't have enough balance even when I was assured through "222" that I still have it. May I request that necessary action be done accordingly. Thank you!
