    Failure of Internet/Landline


      For 2 - 3 weeks now I have no internet/landline between 11am to 2pm also sometimes between 4pm to 6pm, neerly every day. When I call support, I get there is no on going works in your area which is Frontiera, Gran Europa, Lumbia, the the support wants to go through trouble shooting which I do before calling support. I am a long time customer of yours and this problem is never solved, because the work order gets cancelled. I do not whether it is a failure in the modem or the line coming from the cabinet. As I am typing this it has gone down again!!!!!!!!!

      This needs to be resolved. Just come back up again.
