Nope. That is not a valid option for temporary terminating your line. However, you can change your plan temporarily (if out of contract) to use lessen the bills.
Though, it is a massive problem. Globe shall be the one eager to resolve their congesting problems as I hear this excuse a lot of time.
Howdy ladysancai! As mentioned in the above post, a temporary disconnection is not valid unless you're either out of the country or your phone was lost/stolen. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. What I can suggest is for you to contact our other customer support channels, explain that you've been advised by hotline that the experience is a direct result of an ongoing repair, and you wish to have your bills adjusted because of this. thanks @Jeian and @nelskib.. we've already adjusted my bills last month and now we were planning to make another adjustment this month. But will they adjust my whole plan (surf and consumables) since I did not fully utilize both? Last month kasi only the surf plan was adjusted.
