    can I temporarily disconnect my line because of a network signal issue?

      I have a serious problem regarding my network signal.. Two months ago I experienced a internet connection problem in our area and I reported it to the Globe tech support.  They said we have a 3G congestion problem in our area and was able to repair as per report last Sept.  But up until now, the issue is still there and worst my network signal had already been affected.. I cannot use my consumables because of this issue. I already reported this again to globe tech support and the issue is still unresolved until to this day.. They said there is no definite timeline on this issue.  I was wondering If I will just temporarily disconnect my line until the issue will be resolved.  Thanks for those who can answer and help me..
