    Contract of Current Plan

      Good day to all!

      How would you justify if you are still in "Contract" whereas your existing plan-in this contract is no longer active or offered by Globe?

      For example. you are still under My SuperPlan which is still in "Contract" until March of 2016, and right now it is no longer offered by Globe, and they are now promoting this peculiar plan called "Lifestyle Plan"-where Globe is squeezing more money from the subscribers-as they need to subscribe to unnecessary boosters.

       

      Can you give a good and acceptable explanation to this?

          Howdy noelskiph! Sorry you feel that way about our new offers. Yes, Globe now has the myLifestyle Plan as its new postpaid offering but you can still continue using your existing postpaid plan as stated on your contract. Be advised that Globe reserves the right to make changes to or modify its services without prior notice.
