      Again, I haven't heard anything from you today, I work at night so please make sure to not waste my time anymore, I'm very upset to spent sleepless hours waiting for a call that didn't happen, I've been waiting for your delivery 3 days now please ensure delivery of my Sim within this week. I will be writing a letter to your Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. And I'll be happy to share my experience with them. This is just an additional line and yet you cannot expedite it properly.
