There are time I can subscribe but mostly I get a reply of having an invalid keyword, I have tried uall15/UALL15/Uall15 all replied with "invalid keyword" or sometimes no reply at all. I have tried calling the hotline, all said to wait for 24 hours due to enhancement. It is really an inconvenience. I'm planning on changing network if this continue.
