It's been a week already pero hindi pa rin kami napupuntahan ng technical team. Hindi ko nareport yung problem ng Wednesday last week kasi akala ko okay yung landline since I can do outgoing calls. I thought at first, temporary internet problem lang iyon pala my landline cannot receive incoming calls kasi NAGKAPALIT PALIT ANG NUMBERS NG GLOBE SUBSCRIBERS SA ANTIPOLO.
I immediately reported the problem when I realized na hindi temporary internet problem ang nangyari since we cannot fix the net by doing some simple troubleshooting. I thought mapupuntahan kaagad ng technical team yung bahay ko. The same day, office hours, tumawag ako to make a follow up na sana agahan ang punta. I was shocked dahil ang sabi sa akin ang SCHEDULED ON SITE VISIT is October 22. I reported the incident October 16 ng madaling araw. The agent immediately made a FORCE APPOINTMENT BOOKING at may nareceive akong text regarding the force appointment ID and it says na i-reresolve ang problem ko NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 17. Unfortunately, October 21 na ngayon pero WALA PA RING TECHNICAL SUPPORT NA PUMUPUNTA. I make follow ups twice a day para sana kinabukasan eh mapuntahan na at maresolve na yung issue. WE HAVE EMERGENCY AT HOME AT HINDI KO MAKONTACT YUNG FAMILY KO. Anong klaseng service naman yan?!
To make the matter even worse, nagkaron ng NETWORK ISSUE sa lugar namin. Siyempre wala akong alam don dahil HINDI PA NAAYOS ANG NET AT LANDLINE NAMIN. I received a text saying na NARESOLVE NA DAW ang NETWORK ISSUE at hihingan ako ng feedback. I was at the office that time, natural, I didn't answer sa feedback. TAKE NOTE, I DIDN'T ANSWER pero dahil dyan yung SCHEDULED ON SITE VISIT NG OCTOBER 22 WAS CLOSED DAHIL RESOLVED NA DAW ANG ISSUE.
WALANG ISSUENG NARESOLVE! WALA!!!
Kinailangan akong i-schedule ng agent ng OCTOBER 23 dahil wala na akong naschedule na on site visit. Sobrang delayed na ng action. Ilang agents na ang sumagot at gumawa ng FORCE APPOINTMENT BOOKING, panay ESCALATION pero WALANG NANGYAYARI! WALA!!!
Ngayon, anong oras na, wala pa rin akong narereceive na call or text from TECHNICAL TEAM. Kelan pa nila pupuntahan at ireresolve yung issue namin, kapag wala na silang subscriber?
SAWANG SAWA NA AKO SA LINYANG, " I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT, MA'AM...". I NEED ACTION! I WANT TO SEE SOME ACTIONS FROM THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM!
