    I just received my S4 postpaid plan. I called 211, they confirmed that my account is active?! NO!!!


      The rep asked me to turn the phone on and off several times - which I know I have tried already but without success...

      Please advise. When they tried to transfer me to a technical rep I was not able to hear her -- the line was super soft :smileysad:

      I have already paid for the first month and they should be able to activate the sim card right away. At least I still have my Blackberry line that I can use in the meantime but I wanna start using what I paid for. It feels like a rip off.

      "Not registered on network" error message.
