Did you ask the customer service rep to check if you sim has been activated?
Yeah, that's not good. When I got my SG Note 2 October last year, my SIM card was activated WITHIN (not even after) 24 hours, and that's one of the benefits of having POSTPAID service, they put all our concern first. I think that is not a device problem but a network related maybe caused by the unactivated SIM.
The best thing to do now is to go to the nearest GLOBE center to have properly report your case again. If your problem is technical or phone related, we could have helped you but this is something that the network can only solve. :-)
Take time to visit them. Sayang naman yung binayad mo.
By the way, I have done this before, you can actually request to reimburse for what you paid for for the first month. :-)
Hi heidzbaby, it might be your account was successfully processed and activated but your sim was not. Sometimes CSR insist that your sim is activated as what they can see on their monitor or system but on the user side it is not. what i do is insist that SIM is not yet activated so they can dig further on your concern. If you lose patience with CSR at the hotline, face to face with an agent at the Store will give you a clear idea why your SIM Is not yet activated, i dont mind the long queue at times.
i had the same experience.. the CSR and even the branch manager insisted that my sim was already activated in their system.. so i went to another branch, they said that the sim might be defective so they replaced it and had it activated within 30 minutes! May signal na sya ngayon however my problem right now is i could not connect to the internet kahit naka-on ung mobile data network ko (this is plan 999 unlisurf).. help!
