I'm very disappointed with the service. Imagine paying for 3mbps speed but suffering to the point of 0.04? Calling the attention of costumer care but what I got is only a promised of system upgrade, that I have to wait for a couple of months for them to resolve the issue. It is kind of unfair since I am paying monthly for that.
One more thing, how come that I've already consumed 68% of my data allowance that even most of the time I can't even run my speed test. How would that be possible?
