Go to the nearest Globe Store and bring your sim to have it check. If found defective, you will be provided with a new sim and can be activated within the day.

Yeah my sim got activated on day 6.
I was activated with the standard myLIfestyle plan 499 without the surfmore 3gb allocation. I just returned to the Globe store to where i opened my line and have them check my current subscription. I just waited for 10 minutes for them to correct my subscription.
It was a crazy experience but the globe store sales rep was helpful and kind to help me get my right plan.
