Same here. Baguio City Upper Fairview area. Since October 19, 2015 I don't have an internet connection. Called your support everyday and they don't know when will the issue be resolved. They say that it will be fixed as soon as possible but its been 11 days and I still don't have an internet connection. Please tell us when will this be fixed.
