    GoSakto subscription and inquiry problem

      I tried to register a gosakto promo for P297, i received the "sorry hindi naprocess ang request" msg. But my load was DEDUCTED. Spoke to sales agent and he gave me a ticket. What's going on? I also keep getting this "sorry..."  msg whenever i try to check my gosakto subscription. Pls fix this as it appears to be a widespread issue.
