Please try again later." but then my load was deducted with the corresponding rate of the plan i just tried registering to. Checked the status of registration but received this "Sorry, you are not yet subscribed to Globe Prepaid GoSAKTO Text To All Networks services. Please dial *143# or log-on to www.globe.com.ph/gosakto to start making your own promo."
