Hi! I used the tipid plan 300 for 2 months then we had a confusion on bill payment(because of we do not receive online bill through our email). After the bill was settled someone from globe promised that i will receive it on the loading dates. I waited till jan 26 but I didn't receive it. Then they said I'll receive it on feb 8 but no load came. How can you help me?
